We've finally added the support for wildcard searching and also a help page. You should check out the help page
to see what can be done via wildcard searching. If you don't know what a wildcard is (you've probably never used MS DOS)
it allows you to use * in the search. e.g. dav* or *dav or *dav*. This will give you the top ten results
containing part of a word

Any graphically talented people out there with some spare time on their hands? Fancy doing a Yournotme site logo?
If you do the dimenssions are 450px * 90px. You can contact us via the Contact tab. We're skint so can't pay anything
as feeding angry squirrels (who run the site) costs a lot. We will give you credit though and a link to your own site.
Revamped Site!
We've finally taken steps to overhaul the website. If you've been here before you will see a rather different
look and feel to how things used to be, if this is your first time, well we hope you like it and find it useful
or at least interesting.
We've also added a new feature. We've calculated the age bands for the most common Forenames in the UK. This is displayed
as a graph at the bottom of the search page. What you will notice here is a name such as David has been used pretty
consistently over the last 100 years, however a name like Isobel was much more popular 80 years ago.
